Pleased to meet you

Stckmn (pronounced stickman) is a one-man creative studio founded by me, Chris Wilson, a multi-disciplinary designer with over 14 years of experience working in the creative industry. Keeping things small allows me to form a close working relationship with my clients, dealing with them directly at every stage of the project, ensuring nothing is lost in translation and everything stays on track.

Doing my thing,
to help you do yours.

I jokingly describe myself as a polyamorous designer as I'm passionate about all things creative and not tied to a single discipline, but instead flirt with a wide variety of creative approaches. The common thread running through all projects I undertake is to approach with curiosity and deliver with purpose. Wanna know if I can do what you have in mind? Just ask.

Experience.

I work with local and international businesses, from start-ups to established brands. I've been fortunate enough to create work for Aldi, ASDA Walmart, AXA, BBC, Brewdog, Christian MacLeod, IBM, Morrisons, Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, People’s Postcode Lottery, Primark, Ultimo, and Whyte & Mackay.

Work in the wild.

It’s always a great feeling to have work recognised and appreciated by others, some features include Apple iTunes, Adobe Behance, BBC, Brand Magazine, Boston Globe, Creative Bloq, Design Milk, Evening Times, Fox News, Forbes, G.F Smith, Logo Inspirations, New York Times, Pantone, The Dieline and World Brand Design Society.

Talks.

I hate the sound of my own voice but turns out some people actually like it, even requesting that I mentor, give talks, and teach. These include Glasgow Caledonian University, Stirling University Innovation Park, and The Prince's Trust. Podcasts? Interviews? Guest speaking? Why not, get in touch.
